Reimbursement of seminars free of charge

It is necessary to send a communication to the Offices by writing to, in which the event is described (for example, the poster or similar advertising), in addition to the host teacher.

It is necessary to attach in original the invoices and/or the receipts that will have to be headed to the professor who will hold the seminar, besides the extract of the credit card that documents the happened payment (or the detail of referred to the payments of which the reimbursement is demanded).

The refund will take place with the issuance of a payment note that the office will prepare once acquired the teacher’s personal and banking information.

Only for this type of refund the documentation to apply will be sent by contacting in advance.
