HOWTO change the password of the institutional account
This procedure provides some information to perform a correct password change of your institutional credentials.
The systems, to protect themselves from attacks, are configured in such a way that an excess of unsuccessful attempts causes the temporary blocking of credentials or connection (the blocking time usually does not last longer than 5 minutes).
If abnormal behaviors are detected (systems run in fits and some devices work and others do not) a wrong password is probably still stored somewhere that occasionally blocks your account.
In this case disconnect all the devices and stations, activate one at a time, verifying that it works correctly.
In case of problems that you can not solve contact det.it@polito.it or 5050@polito.it.
Perform the procedure in the order indicated and solve each problem before proceeding to the next point (obviously you can skip the points that are not clearly applicable).
