AWE-Lab (Advanced Wireless Experience Lab)

In the AWE-lab, we explore the wireless networks world, designing and experimenting novel solutions to advance wireless connectivity and improve the experience of mobile users. Thanks to a two-decade experience, we research a wide range of aspects and systems, from connected cars to IoT, from cellular to Wi-Fi networks. We also address issues related to mobile services and applications, with diverse characteristics and quality of service requirements. Our national and international collaborations include companies in the telecommunication and automotive industries as well as research centres and other universities.
